Evola Holland Weeks, age 92, of Scottsboro, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Evola is survived by her daughter, Beverly Ward and husband, James Ward; grandson-in-law, Patrick Wright; great-grandson, Colton Wright; several nieces and nephews and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otha Weeks; granddaughter, Ashley Wright; parents, Attus and Rozena Holland; brother, J.W. (Buddy) Holland; and sisters, Vera (Jack) Cisco and Katherine (James) Knight.
