Tony Stults, born July 24, 1947, was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Tony was the devoted husband of Kay Stults, with whom he shared 46 years of marriage. He was the son of the late Arthur Lee Stults (Clora) and the late Ola Mae Stults. Tony was blessed with five children: Charlotte Holt (Wayne), William O. Stults (deceased), Samantha Gail Atwell, Christopher Daryl Stults, and Tony Shane Stults (April). He was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren: Brandy Putnam (Coleman), Joshua Holt (Joy), Corey Stults (deceased), Todd Stults, Johnathon Tucker, Amber Tucker, Brittany Gillespie (Ryan), Lilly Stults, and Lucas Stults. His family continued to grow through his ten great-grandchildren: Jordan Perry, Drey Perry, Emma Boils, Cheyanna Rowden, Elijah Rowden, Emmanuel Rowden, Serenity Rowden, Jaxson Dorsey, Gryffin Gillespie, and William “Liam” Gillespie. Tony was a business owner throughout his entire adult life and was known for his strong work ethic and determination. He owned and operated a sawmill for many years, dedicating countless hours to his work and always working hard to provide for his family. His commitment to hard work was an important part of who he was and the legacy he leaves behind. Tony also had a deep love for Beefmaster cattle, a passion that brought him great pride and enjoyment throughout his life. His cattle were more than a hobby—they were a meaningful part of his life and something he took great pride in caring for. Tony is survived by his beloved wife, Kay; his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren listed above; his surviving sister, Carline Daniels; several nieces and nephews; and all of his family and friends who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Lee Stults (Clora) and Ola Mae Stults; his son, William O. Stults; his grandson, Corey Stults; and multiple brothers and sisters. Tony will be remembered most of all as a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. His greatest legacy is the family he built, the hard work he devoted to his life, and the generations who will carry his memory forward. He leaves behind a lifetime of love, hard work, and memories that will remain in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
