Debra Lynn Locke, age 62, of Cedar Hill, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at her home. Mrs. Locke’s wishes were to be cremated and there are no services scheduled.
Mrs. Locke was born March 6, 1964, in Gallipolis, OH, to the late Robert and Judith Spears. She was a Medical Lab Technician and a Registered Nurse for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, John Locke; sons, Robert (Roxie) Ramey and James William Ramey; daughters, Nicole Ramey, Brittany Morgan and Katherine Locke; 4 grandchildren, Millie, Ciara, Mia and Layla; 1 great grandchild, Izabella; a brother, Nicholas Escavedo; and 2 sisters, Stephanie Hill and Heather Kerwood.
Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of these arrangements.
