In Loving Memory of Eva May Schoepp
Eva May Schoepp, 86, of Florence, Alabama, passed away on August 31, 2026.
Eva was born on January 9, 1940, to John and Ruby Holder. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Above all else, Eva loved her family. She treasured the time she spent with them and the memories they made together.
Eva was preceded in death by her spouse, Robert Boulanger; her son, Sammy Smith; her parents, John and Ruby Holder; her sister, Doris Finney; and her brothers, Michael Holder and Jimmy Holder.
She leaves behind her children, Steve Holmes, spouse Tanya; Chris Holmes, spouse Kelly; and Trent Schoepp, partner Amanda Zayas.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jacob Holmes, spouse Rachel; Megan Cooper, spouse Matthew; Jordan Dos Anjos, spouse Tom; Logan Sanchez; Micah Greer; and MaKennah Greer; and her great-grandchild, Gemma Cooper.
Eva had a special love for dogs and enjoyed watching birds. She especially looked forward to Christmas, which was her favorite holiday. Above all, Eva loved her family dearly and cherished the time she spent with them.
Services
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m.
