Bobbie Dean Cox, age 87 of Bear Creek, Alabama passed away July 27, 2026. She was retired Clerk with Bear Creek Water Works having worked there 27 years, and a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, Alabama. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Bear Creek Cemetery.
is survived by her husband, Harlon Cox; daughter, Debra (Jimmy) Pierce; son, Paul (Charlsie) Cox; brother, Freddie Poe; grandson, Derek (Laura) Pierce; and great grandson, Dawson Pierce.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Poe and Mamie Barr Poe.
