Rhonda Lee Hunt In Loving Memory of Rhonda Lee Hunt
September 28, 1953 – July 18, 2026

Rhonda Lee Hunt, lovingly known by so many as “Rambo,” passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, at the age of 72 at home surrounded by family.

Rambo was the kind of person who never met a stranger. Her laugh was contagious, her stories unforgettable, and her presence could light up any room. She lived life on her own terms—with a sense of adventure, a love for the outdoors, and a heart that was always open to family and friends. She loved her job as office manager at Vogelsburg Grain where she retired. Rhonda had a passion for traveling and was happiest exploring new places. One of her greatest joys was sailing—she loved the peace of being on the water, feeling the wind fill the sails, and spending time with those she loved. Whether she was setting sail, gathered around a campfire, or cooking a meal for family and friends, Rambo knew how to make every moment count.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her father, Dwight Thomas Terrell.

She is survived by her mother, Janice Terrell of Pulaski, TN, brother, Dwayne Terrell of Pulaski, TN, life partner, Warren Teets of Sundusky, MI, daughter, Lisa (Jesse Jones) Hunt of Pulaski, TN, son, Kris (Amy) Hunt of Fargo, MI, grandchildren, Brook (Eric) Young of Pulaski, TN and Ian Hunt of Fargo, MI, and great grandchildren, Hadleigh, Sutton, and Hudson.

More than anything, Rhonda will be remembered for her generous spirit, adventurous soul, and the way she made everyone feel like family. Her family and friends will forever cherish the laughter, love, and unforgettable moments they shared with her. Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing that Rambo lived life to the fullest. She embraced every adventure, treasured every friendship, and loved deeply. Her legacy lives on in every story shared, every sail that catches the wind, every campfire, every family meal, and every toast raised in her honor.

Fair winds and following seas, Rambo. May your next adventure be as beautiful as the life you lived. You will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Rhonda Lee Hunt.
