Brit Daniel McBride was born September 4, 1954. His birth name was Brit Daniel Selvage. Jim McBride married his mother and adopted five children thus giving him the name McBride, he was born in Idaho.
Brit was a well-educated man enjoyed motor cycling. He and Susan rode BMW motorcycles
and together rode approximately 300,000 miles together. He also owned and operated a
BMW automobile service center in Huntsville, Alabama for 23 years. He is survived by his wife,
Susan Galpin McBride of 22 years his daughter, Ginger Lea McBride of Huntsville, Alabama
Suzanne McBride Newton of Huntsville, Alabama his sister Kathy McBride Stevens of Mobile
Alabama, his brother Greg McBride of Atlanta Georgia several nieces and nephews. His illness
was sudden and quick he will be remembered as a beautiful husband and father, an intelligent
member of his community,and will be missed terribly.
