Born on February 28, 1977 in Columbia, TN, Linda was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew her. She was a deeply creative soul who found endless joy in painting and crafting, transforming everyday materials and materials found in nature into beautiful expressions of her vibrant imagination. Her artwork and handmade creations will remain cherished treasures, mirroring the warmth and beauty she brought into our lives. Linda also possessed a profound love for animals and was a devoted dog mom alongside Joe Crook to their two beloved dogs, Sunshine and Halo, who brought her immense happiness and companionship.
Linda was a loving and kind mother to her three beautiful children, Emma, Sam, and Tristan. One of her greatest joys in life was seeing her children grow and making memories alongside them. She was immensely proud of all that they do and the wonderful people they have each become. While most people knew her as Linda, her second most common name was Momma.
Linda’s spirit, kindness, and beautiful soul will be forever cherished and deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. The family extends their deepest gratitude to Linda’s niece, Katie, mother, Judy, and her three children for their unwavering devotion and tireless assistance in caring for Linda. She is survived by her loving parents, Bill and Judy Sparks; children, Tristan Alan Mosley, Samuel Eli (Laura) Attkisson and Emma Grace Attkisson; siblings, Roger Lewis (Christy) Mosley, Melissa Marie Mosley and William Joshua Sparks; father of her children, Christopher Wade Attkisson; many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; devoted niece, Katie; her adored furry companions, Sunshine and Halo; and a large network of cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lena Grace Mosley and Charlie Paul Lewis Mosley and niece, Lacey Carol Cooper.
A visitation will be held 4-8:00PM Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Heritage Funeral Home and one hour prior to the funeral service 11:00AM Thursday, July 23, 2026, Rick Points to officiate. Burial will follow in Sheboss Cemetery.
