Emberlyn Claire Cherry, five weeks old, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at the UMC Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was born May 29, to Gracelyn Jaymee Branham and William Dakota Cherry. Although she never got to leave the hospital, she was deeply loved and will be missed by her family.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July11, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Hunter Cherry officiating. Burial will be in the Union Grove Cemetery in Mooreville.
Survivors include her mother, Gracelyn Jaymee Branham and her father, William Dakota Cherry, of Aberdeen; her maternal grandparents, Benjamin Branham (Britany) and Kayla Bostick; her paternal grandparents, William Cherry (Tammy); her maternal great grandparents, Susan Sanders (Timothy), Greg Branham, and Karen Lynch; her maternal great-great grandparents, Joyce Rich (Bob); two uncles, Hunter Cherry and Wyatt Phillips; three aunts, Saylar Able, Autumn Branham, and Piper Branham; a host of other extended family members.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
