Norman Harold Juron Jr., 68, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Norman was born on January 22, 1958, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Norman Harold Juron Sr. and Ione Schultz Juron. He spent his early years in New Orleans before moving to Picayune, Mississippi, during high school. After graduation, he proudly served in the United States Navy. Following his active service, he settled in Huntsville, Alabama, where he met the love of his life, Teri Clark Juron.

Teri often said that from the day they met, she always felt safe with Norman. In him, she found a home. Together they built a marriage rooted in faith, trust, and unwavering love.

They later moved to St. Paul, Minnesota, where they welcomed their first son, David Norman Juron, while Norman earned his Bachelor of Arts in Outreach from Concordia University, St. Paul. Over the years, life took them to several places before eventually returning to New Orleans, where they welcomed their second son, Wesley Robert Juron, and eighteen months later, their daughter, Jessica Elizabeth Juron.

Norman worked many occupations throughout his life, always providing for his family while remaining a devoted husband and father. He also lovingly cared for his father-in-law for many years, serving him with the same quiet dedication that characterized every part of his life.

On August 25, 2008, Norman entered the hospital and would not return home for nearly a year. When he did, he continued to face serious health challenges for the next eighteen years. Through it all, he rarely complained. His illnesses never defined him. He continued to love his family, trust in God, and find joy in the people around him.

Norman was a man of quiet strength, deep humility, and genuine faith. He never sought recognition, but he earned the respect and affection of those who knew him. He was outgoing, quick to make others feel welcome, and always willing to help someone in need. His children learned from his character more than his words.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Harold Juron Sr. and Ione Schultz Juron.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Teri Clark Juron; his children, David Norman Juron, Wesley Robert Juron, and Jessica Elizabeth Juron; his daughter-in-law, Heather Juron; and his cherished granddaughter, Harper Juron.

Those who knew Norman will remember a man whose faith remained steadfast, whose love never wavered, and whose greatest joy was caring for the people he loved. Norman’s greatest accomplishment was not found in a career or title, but in the family he loved and the faith he lived every day. He leaves behind a legacy of integrity, compassion, perseverance, and unconditional love. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of those who knew him.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday, July 10, 2026, at Grace Lutheran Church. The service will immediately follow at the church with Pastor Russ Gipson officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
