A kind, energetic soul, Patsy Ann Sisco Duncan, met her Creator on Monday, July 6, 2026 from the Hospice Unit of NMMC in Tupelo. She was 79 years old. Patsy was born on Sept 10, l946 in Huntsville to the late Leon Sisco and Hazel Bragg Sisco. She graduated from Sparkman High School there and began a successful banking career with several banks in the Huntsville proper. In l990, she moved to Tupelo where she was customer service manager for several years before retiring from MW Window Manufacturers. Patsy suffered a major illness about 14 years ago and has lived the last years of her life at the Simerson Green House at Traceway Manor. She loved her caregivers whose love and concern allowed her to live much longer than expected. Her former husband, William Trussell “Bill” Duncan was her conservator and primary caregiver. A “spiffy” dresser and lovely person, Patsy loved to shop and travel extensively. She enjoyed time spent with her family and many friends. She was a member of Wildwood Baptist Church in Tupelo.
A graveside service will take place at 11 AM Thursday, July 9, 2026 in historic Maple Hill Cemetery in the Sisco family plot in Huntsville (203 Maple Hill Drive-Huntsville, Ala. 35801). There will be no Tupelo services. Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo (662 840 5000) is in charge of the arrangements.
