Visitation will be Tuesday July 7,2026 from 6-8 at Carr Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Wednesday July 8,2026 at 1pm. Burial to follow in Panquin cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents Chasmur and Ruby Phelps. Brothers Tony Phelps and James Phelps. Sisters Francis Robertson and Betty Jones.Her Husband William Byrams.
She is survived by her daughter Heather Byrams and Son Anthony Byrams. Her sisters Shirley Phelps and Louann Anderton. Handful of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Timothy Phelps,Jonathan Alexander, Richard Camp,William Camp, Andrew Camp and Blake Camp.
