Duane Matthew Parker age 88 of Greenbrier passed away, Friday, July 3, 2026.
Duane’s wishes were to be cremated and there are no services planned.
He was born August 7, 1937 in Greenbrier, TN to the late Jay and Bessie Parker. He was also preceded in death by his wife Martha Dorris Parker; siblings, Ruby Templeton, Richard Parker, Bill Parker, Jimmy Parker and Diane Wilkins.
Duane was a Veteran of the US Marines and was a welding supplies salesman.
He enjoyed fishing, coon hunting and telling tall tales and he loved his country.
Duane is survived by sons, Michael (Temesa) Parker, Jason (Donna) Parker; sister, Dorean Parker; grandchildren, Victoria Parker, Matthew (Sara) Parker, Michael Parker, Jason (Kara) Parker, Sarah (Jacob) Robinson, Brooks (Sarah) Rauschenberger; great-grandchildren, Chase Robertson, Corbin Robertson and Anna Jo Rauschenberger.
