Martha Marie Willingham, age 93 of Cordova, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2026 at Ridgeview Health Services.
She was a lifelong member of Argo First Baptist Church where her dad and mom were charter members. She attended Argo school and graduated from Dora High School in 1950. She loved her husband and took great pride in raising her five boys and watching her grandchildren grow. The family would like to thank the staff at Ridgeview Nursing Home for the love and care they provided for two years. Also, special thanks to Aveana Hospice Services.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Argo First Baptist Church, Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Sardis Cemetery on the River Road. Pastor Harold Spradlin will officiate.
Mrs. Willingham was preceded in death by her Father-John Patton; Mother-Lona May Patton; Husband-Clarence Willingham; Son-Mike Willingham; Grandchildren-Tori and Kara Willingham; 6 Brothers and 2 Sisters.
She is survived by her Sons-Ricky Willingham (Brenda) of Argo, Ronnie Willingham (Lisa) of Argo, Jeff Willingham (Ann) of Dora and Dennis Willingham (Jennifer) of Jasper; 13 Grandchildren; 17 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Willingham, Jesse Willingham, Danny Willingham, Riley Willingham, Chris Willingham and Dray Willingham.
