Mark Stephen Piskorz, born July 15, 1954, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan,
died at his home in Scottsboro, Alabama, on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the
age of 71.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lee Piskorz, his son, Will Piskorz, and his daughter Bethany Coulston (Paul). He also leaves behind his brothers
Rick Piskorz, Alan Dale (Deb), Gary Lee (Emily), as well as, nieces,
nephews, and many cherished friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father,
John and Dorothy Piskorz, and his brothers Butch Piskorz (Lois) and
Chris Piskorz.

Mark was a devoted husband, loving father, loyal friend, and
proud member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians.

His compassion and generosity were only surpassed by his true servant’s heart. As the owner and operator of High Mark Contracting, he proved to
be a fair and honest employer that valued integrity over greed. His knowledge and skills, paired with his problem-solving abilities, were his
keys to success. There was no harder-working man than Mark Piskorz.

Mark enjoyed standing in awe of the largest trees, tending a blaze
in his backyard firepit, and traveling to places that highlighted the
great outdoors. Whether he was playing a game of Euchre or watching college football, Mark’s quick wit and contagious laugh made every gathering memorable. The world was a better place with Mark in it, and he will be sorely missed by all who were blessed and honored to know him. Mark is, and always will be, greatly loved.

In accordance with his wishes, Mark will be cremated, and a Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall in Scottsboro.

Arrangements Entrusted to Scottsboro Funeral Home
