Doris A. Bullard, 88, of Adamsville, passed away June 29, 2026, at Cordova Health Care. She was a member of Adamsville Church of God. She was formerly employed as a Funeral Director with Crestview and Bell’s Funeral Homes. She worked for many years as a Hairdresser. She retired as a Bus Driver with the Jefferson County School System. She is preceded in death by her husband, James T. “Jim” Bullard; parents, Maudie and Samuel Spencer Scott; sisters, Essie Nabors and Polly Lawley; brothers, James, Louie and Hoyett Scott; and daughter, Dalpha Barlow. She is survived by her son, Mike Crauswell (Cheryl); stepsons, Jimmy Bullard, Davis Bullard, and Danny Bullard; grandson, Parker Crauswell (Abbey); granddaughter, Jennifer Needham (Steve); great-grandchildren, Jonah Needham, Seth Needham, and Sarah Grace Needham; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 2nd, 26 at 3:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Ronnie Abernathy and Rev. David Esco will officiate. Burial will follow at Linns Crossing Cemetery in Graysville. The family will receive friends for visitation from 2:00 – 3:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel.
