Funeral Service for Marie DeMeester Cancilla, 75 of Hartselle will be Sunday July 5, 2026 at 2:00PM at Danville Baptist Church with Bro. Joe David Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, July 5, 2026 from 1:00PM-2:00PM at the church. Mrs. Cancilla was born April 22, 1951 in Erie New York to Maurice DeMeester and Frances Faggelo DeMeester. Marie was proceeded in death by her parents, Husband, Michael TomCancilla. She was a Member of Danville Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother whose love, guidance and unwavering support shape the lives of her children. She found her greatest joy in her family and treasured every moment spent together, As a grandmother, she was a constant source of warmth, wisdom, and uncontitional love. She delighted in celebrating her children’s accomplishments, creating cherishedmemories, and sharing family traditions that will be carried on for generations. Her kindness, gentle spirit, and selfless love will forever remain in the hearts of her children,grandchildren, and all who knew her.
