Vickie Allen passed away peacefully at her home June 28, 2026. She was born November 11,1956 in New Albany, MS. Vickie was a devoted wife to John W. Allen, mother and grandmother. She was a Prayer Warrior Minister of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She loved reaching souls, was a bus minister, Sunday School teacher, singer and bible school teacher. Vickie loved to garden, fishing and passionately made flower arrangements for the church and people.
A service will be 11:00am Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Pontotoc Apostolic Church. Bro. Randolph will officiate. Burial will be follow in the Ingomar Cemetery. Tutor Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors, children, Jonathan Allen (Crystal), Kim Allen (Ashley), and Mersadies Long; grandchildren, Zoe, Megan, Dylan, Avery, Lilly, Benjamin, Jessie, Isabella; a brother, Jimmy Pickens; and a sister, Debbie Spivy.
Preceded in death by, husband, John W. Allen; parents, Stewart Guy and Janette Faye Pickens; and brothers, Charles, Joe, Robert, and Donnie Pickens.
Visitation, 5-8pm Tuesday, June 30, 2026 and 10:00AM Wednesday, July 1, 2026, all at the church.
