Knox Maverick Anglin Knox Maverick Anglin, age 2, of Somerville, passed away on June 22, 2026. Knox was born on July 24, 2023, to his loving family. He was an energetic, joyful little boy whose smile could light up any day. Knox loved Paw Patrol, going super-duper fast, climbing every couch and chair in sight, and trying every adventure he encountered. He especially loved riding equipment with his dad. Knox approached the world with boundless energy, wonder, and no fear.

Knox was the beloved son of Justin and Kaci Anglin and the treasured little brother of Charleigh Anglin. He was the adored grandson of Renee and Dexter Anglin of Roanoke and Lisa Hughes of Northport, and the joyful nephew of Carissa (Garrett) Hyatt and Kristen Smith. Knox also leaves behind his cousins, friends, and church family, all of whom were blessed to know his kind heart and playful spirit.

Though his time with us was far too short, Knox’s love, laughter, and courage will live forever in the hearts of those who loved him. A time of remembrance and service will be held on Thursday, June 25, at Brindlee Mountain Chapel, located at 3552 Highway 231, Lacey’s Spring, AL 35754. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 PM, with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM. A short graveside service will take place immediately afterward at Valhermoso Baptist Church Cemetery, where Knox will be lovingly laid to rest.
Pallbearers serving the family are Billy Terrell, Shane Norris, Daniel Grissett, and Chris Humphries. In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations to Ronald McDonald House give2.ronaldmcdonaldhouseal.org. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
