Sarah Elizabeth Long grew up on a farm outside of Pulaski, TN. She was a Bodenham High School graduate and attended Belmont College in Nashville TN, where she earned a degree in Home Economics. After college she started her career as a Home Economist and would make Atlanta, Ga her home. She spent the majority of her career working for The Southeast United Dairy Industry Association (SUDIA) promoting dairy products. She made many appearances on news programs and hosted her own television show, “What’s Cooking”, that aired in the Atlanta area. During this time, she met many celebrities and one of her favorite memories was getting to spoon feed ice cream to singer Andy Williams. She would later freelance as a food stylist, turning ordinary food into the beautiful works of art we see on television and in print ads.
