Elaine Frances Wingo passed peacefully from this life on June 14, 2026, at the age of 71.
She was born on November 13, 1954, to the late Jack and Frances Latimer. She was a faithful member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Temple Hill, Maryland. She was a beloved wife, mother and “Mamaw”. She loved her family and cooking for them. She enjoyed watching sports always cheering for her favorites, Washington Redskins, Baltimore Orioles, and Auburn.
Elaine was married to Danny Wingo for 50 wonderful years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Larry Richard Latimer.
Elaine is survived by her son, Scott David (Misty) Wingo; daughters, Lori Michelle Goodman, Jill Elaine (Joseph) Seay, Kari Renee Burfield (Alexander Kot); grandchildren, Hannah Rickard, Katherine Seay, Daniel Seay, Cal (Katelyn) Wingo, Torrie (Russell) Wooten, Trey Oliver, Kayli Burfield, Kolby Burfield, Kynli Burfield; great-grandchildren, Cayden Rickard, Carter Herring, Evelyn Seay, Theodore Ralph Wingo, Russell Wooten.
