Palma “Pam” English, 91, of Booneville, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at her home in Jumpertown. She was a member of the Jumpertown United Methodist Church. She loved square dancing with her husband Gene with the Happy Rock Squares in Gladstone, MO. Pam also loved gardening, working in her flowers, cooking for her family and friends especially her famous chocolate pies, and most of all loved spending time with her children and grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart.
A Celebration of Life will be at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at McMillan Funeral Home with Mr. Brian English and Mr. Matt Shepherd officiating. Burial will be in the Jumpertown Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 12:00 until service time at the funeral home.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Jane English Shepherd (Matt); her son, Russell English; her grandchildren, Brian English (Sebla), Stacy English, Kristan English, Andy Halstead, and Aaron English; her great-grandchildren, Abram English and Taylor Pine; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marcus and Leatha Pollard; her husband, Gene English; two sons, Steve English and Jerry English; seven brothers and seven sisters.
