Sherry Ann Long was born March 2, 1977. She won her wings on May 27, 2026. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church but at the time of her death, she had been worshipping at Henryville Fellowship Church. She has been a caregiver for the past six years.
She is survived by her daughter, Macy Richards of Lawrenceburg, TN; her parents, Benny and Patricia Long of Lawrenceburg, TN; two brothers, Scott Long (Rita) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Mark Long (Beth) of Summertown, TN; nephews, Derrick (Anissa), Dylan (Lana), and Logan; nieces, Brooke Long, and Resa Domiquil; great-nieces and great-nephews, Lawson, Ansley, Zayden, Hadley, Little Benny, Alaina, Chandler, Dakota, Gunner, and Hudson; and two of the neighbors dogs of which she named Jack and Geronimo, they are missing her also.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Henryville Fellowship Church, 20 Durham Circle, Summertown, TN. A memorial service will be conducted at Henryville Fellowship Church at 6:00 PM Sunday, May 31, 2026, with Leann Shrader officiating.
