Rusty Jon Anders, born on September 24, 1974, went home to be with the Lord on May 20, 2026, after a recent diagnosis of cancer.
Rusty was loved by everyone who knew him and spent his life taking care of the people around him. Whether family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers, Rusty was always the first person willing to help anyone in need.
Rusty was employed by North American Video and Sound since 1998. He was well respected and took great pride in his work.
Rusty’s family was his number one priority. He found joy in the simple things in life, spending time with his loved ones, being outdoors, listening to music, gardening, and of course grilling some of the best food ever eaten.
Rusty is survived by his loving wife, Mandy Anders; his children, Caleb Anders (Cameron), Morgan Brown, and Brenden Brown; his mother, Johnnie Anders; his sister, Patti Patterson (Roland); his brother, Chris Anders (Amanda); his niece, Lydia Stark; and his nephews, Craig Latham (Alex), David Anders; and his great Aunt Martha (Jim)
He was preceded in death by his father, Joe D. Anders.
Rusty leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, hard work, and selflessness. Though his absence leaves an unimaginable void, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. His strength, kindness, humor, and servant’s heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of Life will be at Peck Funeral Home on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 6:30PM – 8:30PM.
