Horace Eugene Bailey  Horace Eugene Bailey , age 93 of Leoma, TN passed away Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Southern TN Regional Health Systems- Lawrenceburg after a brief illness.  He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a parts manager for Lloyd Carroll Motors, and of the Church of Christ faith. He was a devoted husband, father, & grandfather. He was a United States Army Veteran. He earned the National Defense Service Medal and was very proud to have served his Country. Family was very important to him. He was always up for a fishing trip, if the fish were biting or not. His true passion was music. He could play multiple instruments and sing. If you came to visit, you were quizzed about your singing abilities. He never met a stranger and could talk about anything.  Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation on Monday will be from 12:00 to 2:00 at the funeral home.  Melody McKissack will be officiating.  Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery with military honors presented at the graveside.  Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00  on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.

Preceded in death by: Parents- Jack & Minnie Belle Lumpkins Bailey
