Samuel was born to his devoted parents, Hannah and Davey, who embraced him with boundless love and hope.
He is survived by his proud grandparents, David and Melinda Sanderson, Robin Hittle, and Barbara O’Gwynn. The love and connection extend further through several devoted aunts, uncles, friends, and family members who stand united in their support and remembrance.
Samuel’s memory is also carried by those who preceded him in the family’s embrace, including his great-grandparents, Betty and Burl Lolley, great-grandfather Robert O’Gwynn, great-grandparents Rufus and Faye Sanderson, and a cherished sibling in Heaven, whose watchful presence is surely a comfort in this time.
A visitation will be held to honor Samuel’s memory, providing an opportunity for family and friends to gather in reflection and support. This will take place at E. E. Pickle Funeral Home in Amory, Mississippi, located at 500 3rd Ave S, on May 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Following the visitation, a funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM and conclude at 2:30 PM at the same location.
