Melissa “Moe Moe” Balch Odom, 45, of Florence, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025. Melissa was a 1998 graduate of Lauderdale County High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Rogersville.

Visitation for Melissa will be Saturday, June 14th at Rogersville Funeral Home from 11-1 with a funeral service following in the chapel. Burial will be in Hooie- Bedingfield Cemetery.

Melissa is preceded in death by her grandparents, Wendell and Sarah Balch, and Doris and Kendall Cosby; brother, Adam Balch. She is survived by her father, Jim (Susan) Balch; mother, Lori Haraway; children, Thomas Odom and Gabbie Espinosa; sisters, Sabrina Hobbs, Amanda (Jeffrey) Reeves, Christy (Joey) Puckett; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Jacob, Sara, Hanna, Eli, Lucas and Ava; and numerous cousins.
