THE SHOALS-The 29th annual Bowl For Kids Sake took place this past Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is one of the fundraisers that benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Shoals. Money was raised for the cause and it appears that they will make their goal of $20000. Prizes were awarded and everyone seemed to have a great time. But most of all the Kids will be the big winners and after all isn’t that what it is all about?
According To Gina Masburn CEO/Executive Director of BBBS They have around 65 Kids waiting to be matched with a Big Brother or Big Sister with the funds raised from Bowl For Kids Sake these children should soon have a Big Brother or Big Sister to help them engage in community activities and other events that without the help of BBBS they would be unable to do.
