TUSCUMBIA-Celebrating 106 years of Labor Tradition celebrating our labor force in the Shoals.

The 106th Shoals Area Labor Council Labor Day Parade kicked-off the celebration with a bang…The weather was picture perfect and the crowd was ready for a parade.  The Labor Council did not disappoint for sure.  District 18 State Representative Jamie Kiel as grand marshal and all the labor unions were represented. Fun was had by all and the kids made a great haul on candy and good memories.

Thank you Labor Council for ending our summer with a bang and for working hard to make our country shine!

The Quad Cities Daily was on hand to capture the parade and all the fun in photos…enjoy!!
