Stella Mae Bourland Goodson, 97, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo . She was born September 2, 1915 to the late Byron E. and Hessie Wood Bourland in Itawamba County. She was a member of East Fulton Baptist Church, and former long time member of Guntown Baptist Church and Sherman Baptist Church. She enjoyed Enjoyed yard work, traveling, going to church and spending time with her family. She was the owner of Stella’s Fabrics for many years before her retirement .
She is survived by 3 Daughters, Nancy (James H.) Bruce of BlueSprings, MS, Ellen G. (Billy ) Todd of Fulton, Maggie (Richard) Davis of Fulton, 1 Son, William B. (Gogie) Goodson of Baldwyn, MS, 10 Grandsons, Mike (Jennifer) Bruce of Blue Springs, MS, Jim R. Bruce of Tupelo, Lee (Belinda) Bruce of Mooreville, Kevin (Selena) Nolan of Fulton, Cole (Mollie) Goodson of Guntown, Cory (Laura Jane) Goodson of Madison, MS, Will (Ashley) Davis of Tupelo, Mike (Cathy) Todd of Fulton, Mark (Martha) Todd of Fulton, and John Holland, 4 Granddaughters, Beth (Bobby) McCuiston of Murray, KY, Deanna (Russ) Harrington of Tupelo, Nan (Rick) Mitchell of Fulton, and Gina (Jeremie) Bray of Burnsville, MS, 27 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Byron E. and Hessie Bourland.

Pallbearers are her Grandsons, Mike Bruce, Jim Bruce, Lee Bruce, Kevin Nolan, Cole Goodson, Cory Goodson, Will Davis, Mark Todd, Mike Todd, John Holland.
