Edward Harrison Massey, 96, died Monday, October 24, 2022 at Tishomingo Manor, Iuka, MS. He was born in Cathette, West Virginia, was a carpenter and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Services will be Wednesday, October 26, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS. Burial will be in Palestine Cemetery, Paden, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his daughter-in-law – Carol Clay; two grandchildren – Cindy Denson and Chris Clay (Rolanda); eight great-grandchildren; sixteen great-great-grandchildren and special friend – Mandi.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Massey, his parents, Harrison and Hallie Massey and a step-son, Claude Travis Clay.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 26, 1-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS.
