Geneva Mainord Stanfill, age 87 of Jackson, passed away on November 15, 2021 at her home in Jackson. She was born on May 26, 1934 in Humboldt, TN, the daughter of the late O.F. and Vercie Mainord. She was married to Bill Stanfill for 55 years. She was a loving Wife, Mama, and Grandma. She had a servant’s heart and loved to laugh. She was a faithful member of East Laurel Baptist Church. She loved her church family and the Lord. She was dearly loved by her family and everyone who knew her. She will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ward Stanfill (Bill) and son, William Allen Boone, Jr. (Billy) She is survived by two sons, Michael Boone (Teresa) of Beech Bluff and Tracy Stanfill (Danielle) of Lexington, five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and one sister, Shirley Price of Beech Bluff.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Bro. Manning Garrett officiating. Burial will follow in East Laurel Cemetery.
