James Leonard Altman, 77, passed away peacefully at home with his wife Beverly Joy Altman by his side on November 12, 2021.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Altman; his children, Amy Thatch (Pat), Dawn Altman Sierra (Adam), Billy Altman (Gloria), Natalie Altman Moore (Eric), Michael Ferguson, Allyson Ferguson, Elizabeth Ferguson, Jimmy Altman (Rebecca), Brandon Woodruff, Jon Woodruff (Stacy), and Richard Woodruff, his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Clay Altman and Ola Mattews, and his son, Ryan Altman.
He was a loving husband, father and stepfather who will be dearly missed by his family. He loved animals, especially his beloved pug, Peter.
The family will be receiving friends at Berryhill Funeral Home on Sunday, November 14th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
