DEKALB COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of one person:
“A single-vehicle crash at approximately 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, has claimed the life of a Fyffe man.
Rodney McCutchen, 61, was fatally injured when the 2015 Harley-Davidson motorcycle he was operating left the roadway, struck a driveway and went airborne. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Dekalb County 47 near Dekalb County 94, approximately three miles south of Powell. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
