Dr. J. Graeme Duthie, 84, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday. Dr. Duthie retired as the Dean of College of Science at UAH. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Maggie Duthie; sister, Sheila Woodruff; and brother, Fred Duthie.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Roberts Duthie; sons, Graeme R. (Susan) Duthie, Ian S. Duthie, and Neil B. (Rachel) Duthie; grandchildren, Jessica (Justin) Greaves, Michael Duthie, Sarah Duthie, Scott Duthie, and Joseph Daniel Duthie; and great grandchildren, Kaylee Ledford, Gavin Greaves, Abby Kate Ledford, and Aiden Ledford.
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2019 at United Church of Huntsville, with Brian Byrne officiating and assisted by Jim Norris. A reception will follow the service. (www.laughlinservice.com)
