Charmaine Therese Howell of Crane Hill Alabama passed away on June 21, 2019 at the age of 64. She was born in Detroit Michigan November 9, 1954 to Thomas and Mary Ann Fox Fries. She worked in FOIA Administration for The United States Army. She is survived by her husband Larry Howell, sons Jeremiah (April) Howell, Scott (Yelena) Howell, sister Sheila (Dennis) Morgan, brothers David Fries, Douglas (Cara) Fries, grandchildren James and Luke Howell.
