Sherryl Denise Jones Henson, age 38, a resident of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019 at her residence.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 19th at 10AM at Heritage Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Gowen officiating. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 18th from 3-7PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on May 18, 1980 in Columbia, Sherryl was the daughter of John Y. Jones and Sandra Greene Jones. She was a member of Swan Creek Baptist Church in Lewis County. Sherryl loved the water including taking trips to the beach and being on the river. She was very family oriented and especially loved her grandbaby, Kaybree.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children: Matthew Tyler Jones (Tawney Miller) of Mt. Pleasant, Nathan Michael (Grace) Jones of Hohenwald, Devyn Blayz Henson of Mt. Pleasant; brothers: John Jones (Jessica Jeter) of Hohenwald, Andrew J. Jones of Mt. Pleasant; and granddaughter: Kaybree Lynn Jones.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Harold & Marie Greene, Jr. and Albert & Helen Jones.
