Martha Frances Ayers, 75, of Russellville, AL passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018. Visitation will be Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Service will be at Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Brother Victor Bracken and Brother Phillip Potter will be officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Creek Cemetery. Martha was a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Maudie Riley; half-brothers, Randy, Ronnie, and Lonnie Batey.
Survivors are husband of 54 wonderful years, James Ayers; sons, Wade Ayers (Treisa) and Heath Ayers (Amy); daughter, Darlene King (Ronald); half-brother, Troy Batey; half-sisters, Bernice Medley and Teresa Robinson; grandchildren, Jessica Nichols (Aaron), Heather Ayers, Jacob Ayers (Shaela), Kaylie Hamby (Dalton); great grandchildren, Karrah, Levi, Kayden, Haygen; host of loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Greg Ayers, Mike Ayers, Ty Bracken, Tony Riley, Mike Riley, and Roy Cornelison. Honorary pallbearers will be Jacob Ayers, Aaron Nichols, Dalton Hamby, Ronald King, Shasa Franklin, Levi Lindblom, Haygen Lindblom, and Kayden Nichols.
