Limestone County Man Dead After Driving Lawnmower Into Tennessee River

LIMESTONE COUNTY-On Thursday, July 19 the Limestone County Sheriff’s Department confirm the death of a man on Douglas Drive.

It appears that a 75-year-old man was mowing grass on Douglas Drive in Limestone County as he was mowing he drove his lawnmower into the Tennessee River and has drowned.

His body and the riding lawnmower were found in the river.
