Darrell Edward Whitehouse, 94, retired truck driver and resident of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10:00 A.M. at Evergreen Funeral Home in Louisville, Kentucky. Entombment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 2:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Born April 12, 1924, he was the son of the late Eddie Whitehouse and the late Eula Whitehouse. Mr. Whitehouse was a member of Highview Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Delores Whitehouse of Louisville, Kentucky; sons, Larry (Louise) Whitehouse of Columbia; Danny Whitehouse of Louisville, Kentucky; grandchildren, Dawn Whitehouse; Jennifer Curry both of Columbia; David Whitehouse; Melissa Gordon; Dannielle Whitehouse; and great grandchildren, Taylor Devitt; Tristan Curry; Drake Gandee all of Columbia; Destiny; Paxton; and Ainsley.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Glenn Whitehouse; and brother, James Whitehouse.
