Billy Ray Howard age 78 of Pulaski, TN, formerly of Huntsville, AL, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Pulaski. He was born December 22, 1938 in Louellen, KY.
He is survived by his survived by his wife Beth Howard of Pulaski, TN; son Greg (Kelley) of Huntsville, AL; daughter Donna (John) Catalfio of Sottsdale, AZ; and grandchildren: Kaden Howard, Melissa Gwathney, Chad Gwathney, Jake Catalfio and Taylor Catalfio.
Graveside service will be Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 10
