Eugene McLaughlin, 78, of Florence, passed away September 21, 2014, at ECM Hospital in Florence. He attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a member of United Steel Workers Local 200, and a Veteran of the U. S. Army.

Sons: Wendell McLaughlin – Greenhill & Jared McLaughlin – Falkville

Sisters: Betty Ann Cole and Mary Sue Riley
Nephews: Dwight Riley and Brian Milliken
Visitation will be Monday, September 22, from 6:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 1:00pm at the funeral home with Dennis Hasha and Eric Stevens officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery with full Military Honors.
Pallbearers will be Calvin McLaughlin, Austin Cole, Billy Ray Cole, Dwayne Riley, Brian McLaughlin, Malcolm Scott, Mickey Reatherford, Coy Kelley, and Ed Young.
