Anthony “Amp” Eugene Watson age 53, of Florence, died Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Visitation will be Friday, August 1st from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Spry~Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will be Saturday, August 2nd at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jerry Campbell officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Roy Butler and Doug Butler. He worked with RTR Trucking Company of Florence and was a die hard Auburn fan. He was a loving husband, father, Paw Paw and loved his family very much. Preceded him in death were his parents, Cletis and Evelyn Watson; father-in-law, Ray Hill. Survivors are his wife, Connie Fay Watson; daughters, Natasha Watson and Brittany Watson Stanfield; sons, Buddy Watson, Corey Blue, and Shannon Bass; sisters, Donna Milligan, Sharon Borden, Nolie Peden, and Cindy Sockwell; brothers, Pete Watson, Tom Watson, Greg Watson, and Guy Watson; grandchildren, Kylie Bradford, Tynslee Blue, Macon Stanfield, Chad Watson, Brody Watson, Ashley Bass, Justin Bass, Cheyenne Vickery, and Landon Vickery.
