FLORENCE-Travis Eric Fallows, 25 of Florence turned himself into Florence Police on Friday, shortly after officers arrested his
mother, Theresa Jean Fallows, 46, of Florence. she was arrested on charges of Hindering Prosecution.
The police also issued warrants for the arrest of Matthew Terhune, 25 , 192 Lauderdale 135 in Florence on Friday after he had been identified as the second person shooting into the home on North Eclipse Street this past Monday evening.
According to the Florence Police Department Fallows has been charged with Attempted Murder-First Degree, Assault and Shooting Into an Occupied Building. Matthew Terhune has been charged with the same charges.
The men are accused of shooting into the home on North Eclipse on Monday evening after an argument at a gas station earlier that evening with a man who lived at the North Eclipse residence. One woman was injured during the shooting and was taken to ECM Hospital where she was treated for a gun shot wound which was non-life threatening.
