TUPELO – Tupelo police have scheduled a news conference at 10:00 this morning. The topic is surely to be a report that the suspected cop killer from last week’s bank robbery has himself been killed. Reports have been circulating in Mississippi Television Stations that the suspect was Shot during yet another robbery attempt Saturday morning in Arizona.
Reports indicate that the man robbed a Phoenix Compass Bank and was challenged bya police detective after leaving and died following an exchange of gunfire.
