Zola Faye Bradley, 81, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born January 9, 1935, to John and Ida Mae Harper Prestage. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Especially known for her banana bread, she enjoyed cooking for her family, crocheting, growing flowers, and gardening. She loved sitting outdoors and enjoying hummingbirds. She loved all her family, especially her grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 9, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Dr. Kevin Clayton officiating. Burial will be in the Dorsey Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Donna Bradley-Cox of Dorsey and Wanda Bradley of the home; one daughter-in-law, Joyce Buskirk Bradley Burney of Tupelo; one brother, Henry Ardell “Hank” Prestage of Dorsey; one granddaughter, Shelley Bradley Woods (Stuart) of Dorsey; two grandsons, Dr. Michael Joseph Cox (Angie) of Hattiesburg and Adrian Bradley of Tupelo; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Bradley, who died in 1999; one son, Randy Franklin Bradley; five sisters, Odie Mayhand, Lois Sheffield, Marie Williams, Shirley Morris, and Lizzie Gillentine; two brothers, Ray Prestage and Rex Prestage; and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Dr. Michael Cox, Adrian Bradley, Stuart Woods, Jacob Bradley, and Frank Hadorn.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, February 8, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
