She was born in Dale County, AL on November 9, 1919 to the late John P. and Mattie Snell Grantham. She married Prentiss L. She will also be remembered by many adults who she nurtured as children from playing games with some on the floor to telling Bible stories to others at Spring Hill United Methodist Church. She was a long time member of the 20th Century Club, and the Wednesday Bridge Club and enjoyed working cross word puzzles. Her positive attitude, attention to her personal appearance, and love for her Lord and fellow man will be long remembered by residents of Tishomingo County and friends and acquaintances throughout the United States. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 8 PM on Tuesday, May 10 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 AM on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Spring Hill United Methodist Church. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to service time.
