Zackary Caleb Davis, age 20 of Jasper, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at UAB Hospital.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel.
Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his Mother-Teresa Davis.
He is survived by his Father-Dale Davis (Karen); Sister-Kate Davis; Aunt-Tonia Calvert; Girlfriend-Brittany Roberts; Grandparents-Ralph and Mary Davis, Ken and Aquila Humphries.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice in Zack’s name.
