Wynoa Oaks Bickley, 91, died Sunday, February 21, 2016. She is survived by her son, Thomas Lile Bickley, Jr. and his wife, Cathryn; her son, Donald Oaks Bickley and his wife, Shirley; granddaughters, Anne Bickley Stephenson, Alice Bickley Schlegel, and Julia Elizabeth Bickley; grandson, William Lewis Yuille, IV; and several nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lile Bickley, Sr. and her parents Daniel and Mildred Oaks.
Mrs. Bickley was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church of Tuscumbia and a member of the United Methodist Women.
A private service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Tuscumbia. The family will receive relatives and friends at First United Methodist Church of Tuscumbia from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 23.
The family wishes to express their deep gratitude to Mrs. Bickley’s caregivers and nurses from Morningside, Wellington Place/Brookdale Shoals, Cottage of the Shoals, and Amedisys Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to support missions at Tuscumbia First United Methodist Church.
