The class covers basic principles of photography in a way that is both practical and easy to understand. You will receive instruction in basic camera functions like autofocus and white balance as well as camera modes, exposure, aperture, shutter speed, ISO and much more. Learn the tips and tricks to become a better photographer.

This class will teach you how to take control of the camera and allow you to use it to help deliver the images you envision. This class goes beyond the basics to explain and demonstrate the proper techniques used in different areas of photography like sports, nature and portraiture. You will learn how to eliminate blurred shots, use flash effectively, adjust exposure via exposure compensation and demystify “manual” mode for the ultimate in control.

This watercolor course is a beginner level class that will teach essential techniques that apply to any subject you choose to paint…things like color mixing and color shift, tonal value and dry brush work. Students do not need to know how to draw for this painting class.
